I celebrated my birthday last week with a visit to The Standard Rooftop & a local African lounge called Shrine. 
 
 
I wore a top that I hacked off of a jumpsuit and my trusty forever skirt. My hair was done in Harlem  for only 25$. I got a Dominican blowout and the ease of the styling surprised me; I was in and out in about 20 minutes! 
 
 
It was more than I could have asked for. Everyday I marvel at the beauty and diversity of NY & I'm glad that I got to bring in 25 here.

Sandalias- Target
Hair- Dominican Blowout from a unisex salon in Harlem styled with loose curls.
