Hair- Flat Twist Out (Four sections across my head set overnight.)

Fitness/Nutrition- I've given in to cornbread goodness and countless pumpkin pie slices this month. Once work begins mid-January, I'll continue biking every morning. I may incorporate hula-hooping for core definition and strength.
