Quintessential

Grad student life can be a little stressful, so I try to keep myself smiling with thouhgtful wardrobe choices. On this day, I paired a floral dress with a fringe and sweater overlay and added sneakers for comfort and practicality. 

 

For wintry purposes, I'd add tights, gloves, ear muffs, and a hooded winter coat to this look. I'm still figuring out how to dress for the cold and it's actually a challenge that I enjoy. So far, I've learned that I can't sacrifice my hand or head warmth but keeping my legs out(in sheer tights) is no problem.

I'll be in DC this weekend and I'm excited about it.(Mainly b/c of the Nandos =]) I hope that you're enjoying your day.
