Mohair Garden

I woke up one morning, reached for my rusted metal and shiny, black handles, then proceeded to scissor my way through a black mohair jumper. I slipped it over my head and it wasn't quite short enough to be a crop. It worked though.

This look was inspired by the black top and shot during a day at the Cerritos Sculpture Garden.

At the gardens, there is a walkway adjacent to a fountain of sculpted women. There, friends, lovers, kids (& maybe insects) stand between the silence created by two, long, narrow columns of bushes. It's peaceful there and so romantic. I wanted my outfit to compliment the setting while highlighting its features.
Hair styled in the Bun-Bun.
